Isabel Moritz is a true Venice, California native and a licensed Realtor. Before joining the Flexner Group, Isabel was in charge of administration at Boardwalk Realty’s flagship branch in Marina del Rey. With a Bachelor of Arts in Land Use Planning, Isabel has also worked in urban planning and is currently pursuing a higher education in landscape architecture.

Isabel enjoys the arts including theater openings, art galleries and music. She is active in many outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming and camping. Highly organized and personable, Isabel is in charge of transaction coordination, escrow closings and administration.
